2019 Federal Election Climate Plan Petition

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the highest accepted scientific authority on climate change, estimates that we have 11 years to avoid catastrophic damage.

The upcoming federal election is a chance to create a movement for change, one that will transition us to a clean economy and resilient world. We can’t afford to wait. The time is now.

All federal parties must have a bold climate action plan that is in line with the science. By signing this petition, I pledge to vote for a party with a climate action plan that avoids climate catastrophe.

The climate emergency is a non-partisan global issue. This planet is shared by every life form, and as the biggest drivers of climate change, humans are responsible for taking action now to shift the course of impending climate catastrophe.
