Bank Street Functional Design Study - Ecology Ottawa

Bank Street Functional Design Study

Do you feel unsafe when crossing or biking on Bank Street between Riverside Drive and Ledbury Avenue? Can you easily access bus stops, businesses and storefronts along Bank Street? Do you have ideas for making Bank Street healthier, more vibrant and more livable for all users?

A large portion of Bank Street is slated for renewal. This is your chance to have your say on the future design of your street, and to ensure that it's re-built as a complete street - one designed for all ages, users, abilities and modes of travel.

On Tuesday, December 6th, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm at Ellwood Hall in the Jim Durrell Recreation Centre (1256 Walkley Road), the City of Ottawa will be holding an important public consultation meeting regarding the fate of this section - possibly the last one for years to come. Let’s use this opportunity to make Bank Street a complete street! Let us know if you plan to make it by RSVPing here.
